Dr. Webb has been a healthcare professional since 2001. Initially practicing as a chiropractic physician, he began a very successful set of practices and was able to help countless people. Today, as a medical doctor, Dr. Webb focuses on occupational medicine and assisting businesses with employee injury evaluation and management, independent medical evaluations (IMEs), post-offer/pre-employment clearance exams, occupational (OSHA) risk reduction, DOT exams, and helps employees return to work quickly with over 20 years of workers compensation experience. Currently, Dr. Webb is a board-certified medical doctor in Missouri and a licensed chiropractic physician in Missouri and Kentucky.

Occupational medicine (also known as “occupational health”) is focused on the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses. Physicians, like Dr. Webb, trained in and concentrating on occupational medicine, diagnose and treat work-related injuries much more effectively than most primary care physicians. They’re up-to-date on federal and state regulations for workforce health and safety, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), so they can make the best treatment plans and perform regulatory examinations. Occupational medicine physicians often work directly with employers, case managers, or insurance companies to keep businesses running and employees safe and healthy on the job. Dr. Webb also perform EKGs, urine drug screens, spirometry testing, and blood/laboratory work on site.

We commonly see work related injuries such as; low back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, foot and ankle pain, hand pain or numbness, crush injuries, chemical exposure, lacerations, vision and hearing deficits, work-related breathing issues, concussion/mild TBIs, post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC)/ "long COVID", and much more.

Dr. Webb's focus is on preventive measures to reduce occupational injuries and exposures common in many industries. He provides clinical and consultation services for persons with occupational and environmental illnesses and conditions, including communicable disease prevention and control, chemical exposures and worker's compensation cases. Services include expert clinical employee health services, pre-placement and periodic exams, medical surveillance exams and case management for workers with work-related conditions. Also offered are comprehensive independent medical evaluations and medical review officer (MRO) services. His experience and training make him an expert in occupational medicine, independent medical examinations (IMEs), disability and impairment ratings, and workers compensation care.
